The future of connectivity is built on collaboration—and Boingo is helping lead the charge. At Mobile World Congress Las Vegas, Boingo brought together top telecom executives and technology innovators at the Boingo Innovation Center during a DASpedia event to explore in-building wireless solutions. The event spotlighted how carriers and providers like Boingo are shaping the connected world through neutral host networks, 5G and advanced Wi-Fi technologies.

The Boingo Innovation Center was in focus during this DASpedia event. The premier Las Vegas technology hub is dedicated to testing, developing and showcasing cutting-edge connectivity solutions in one of the world’s most dynamic technology and entertainment markets. It serves as a collaborative space for industry leaders to tackle complex challenges and accelerate the adoption of next generation wireless technologies across distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cells, private networks, towers and Wi-Fi. From smart venues on the Strip to global deployments, this Las Vegas hub transforms bold concepts into real-world, converged 5G and Wi-Fi solutions that securely power airports, stadiums, military bases, hospitals, enterprises and more.

The DASpedia event featured executives from across the telecom ecosystem, including Tier One carriers. Kyle Malady, Executive Vice President and CEO of Verizon Business, sat down with Boingo CEO Mike Finley to discuss the importance of building networks that deliver speed, reliability and security for today’s digital-first world.

Sports Business Radio (SBR), an award-winning podcast, joined the DASpedia event for a conversation with Steve Hill, CEO of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). SBR Host Brian Berger spoke with Hill about how Las Vegas has evolved into a premier destination for sports and entertainment. From hosting major league teams to attracting global events, Las Vegas has become a hub for unforgettable experiences. Adding to the excitement, students from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) attended the event to gain insights into what it takes to build a career in sports, technology and media.

As the conversations at the Boingo Innovation Center wrapped up, one theme was clear: collaboration is driving the next wave of wireless innovation. From neutral host networks that accelerate 5G adoption to private networks unlocking new opportunities for venues and enterprises, these discussions highlighted how industry partnerships are shaping smarter, more connected environments. The insights shared are paving the way for a future where advanced connectivity solutions seamlessly power experiences across sports, entertainment, transportation, military and enterprises—setting the stage for what’s next.
