1. Additional Foot Traffic. Once Boingo-enabled, your location and address will be found in our Location Directory which resides on the Boingo website and is being installed on millions of laptops and handhelds as part of the Boingo software. These mobile professionals, proven to be highly motivated by our service, will be able to locate your establishment instantly—a great way to drive traffic and generate additional revenue.



2. Incremental Connection Revenue. Boingo will pay enabled establishments monthly for aggregate connections used by Boingo customers. (Boingo will only buy connections in locations that charge for access.)



3. Incremental Bounty Revenue. Boingo will pay you a bounty whenever new users sign up for a Boingo subscription.



4. Point-Of-Sale Marketing Materials. Boingo provides free in-venue marketing materials to promote the use of your wireless service and encourage new user sign ups. These marketing materials will include table tents, brochures, posters and stickers.



5. Technical Support. Boingo will provide an 800 number for customer and technical support - removing any cost or inconvenience to your staff.
