With additional airport security requirements travelers are waiting longer than ever before for their flights. Offering Boingo Wi-Fi access is a terrific way to alleviate passenger frustration by keeping these people entertained and productive, while simultaneously earning additional revenue for your airport.

1. Incremental Connection Revenue. Boingo pays enabled airports monthly for aggregate connections used by Boingo customers. (Boingo will only buy connections in locations that charge for access)



2. Happier Travelers. Offering wireless data access through Boingo keeps waiting passengers busy and productive, alleviating traveler stress and complaints. With increased security and longer airport waits, this is a smart solution for quelling passenger frustration.



3. Point-Of-Sale Marketing Materials. Boingo provides free in-venue marketing materials to promote the use of your wireless service and encourage new user sign-ups. These materials will include table tents, brochures, posters and stickers. In addition, Boingo happily works with airports to create supplemental marketing materials needed to comply with airport requirements. (In select cases, Boingo can provide sales personnel on site to help sign-up new subscribers and complete the installation process.)



4. Technical Support. Boingo provides an 800 number for customer and technical support-removing any cost or inconvenience to airport staff.

Option 1
Contract one of our premiere network provider partners to deploy the network for you. By working with any one of the following companies you will automatically become a Boingo-enabled airport.

• Airport Network Solutions - (ANS) provides a full-range of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN or Wi-Fi) services for airports of all sizes. ANS has the capabilities to design, deploy, manage, operate and fully support multi-user, neutral host Wi-Fi networks that provide complete, reliable Wi-Fi coverage to your travelers and tenants. ANS' enterprise class Wi-Fi networks are also capable of serving the administrative and operational needs of the Airport, airlines and other airport tenants - securely and effectively, via secure private VLANs. ANS' neutral host platform allows multiple branded Wi-Fi service providers, such as Boingo, to offer service to their subscriber base within our airports under their own brand. Option 2
Implement a Boingo Ready technical solution. The easiest implementation of the Boingo solution would be using an architecture that employs a Boingo Ready access control appliance for AAA, billing and network management. Boingo Ready hardware products have undergone extensive testing in Boingo’s test lab and are certified to be compatible with Boingo’s systems and software. Other WLAN systems using RADIUS for authentication can be Boingo enabled, and if you choose an alternative that is not Boingo Ready, we will be happy to provide you with our Carrier Exchange White Paper to help facilitate integration of the Boingo service.
