Intend to expand the functionality of the Boingo Embedded Wi-Fi Toolkit and wish to keep such derivative works completely confidential.
Cannot dynamically link to the Boingo Wi-Fi Toolkit and do not wish to publish such customizations.
Require additional licensing protections, including warranty and indemnification provisions.
License Terms
The code will be available under negotiable terms on a case-by-case basis. Boingo will work with the external party to customize the software in a private development environment. Modifications will not be released to the market under any scenario; the external party will pay a reasonable royalty or other fee to Boingo for this privilege.
