David Hagan, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dave comes to Boingo with extensive general management, marketing and sales experience in the telecommunications and Internet space, and is responsible for the strategic direction as well as day-to-day operations at Boingo. Dave has over 20 years experience in senior management roles in the telecommunications industry with Sprint in the U.S. and Canada and served as division president and executive vice president for Sprint. He is responsible for launching the consumer business under the Sprint brand, which grew to be a $600 million business, the largest alternative long distance company in Canada. Dave is also responsible for launching an ISP service in Canada under the Sprint brand, called The Most Online, which was the second largest ISP in Canada. Before Boingo, Dave served as CEO for FirstSource Corp. and as the President/Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster Online CitySearch. Dave holds an MBA from Baker University as well as a BS from the University of Kansas. Dave is a member of Young Presidents' Organization, the Vice-Chairman of the CEA Wireless Division board, and a member of the CEA Board of Industry Leaders (BIL).

Edward Zinser, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Edward Zinser is responsible for the planning, legal, finance and corporate development functions of the company. Most recently executive vice president and CFO of THQ, Inc., Zinser has also served in senior financial positions with Vivendi Universal, USA Networks Inc., and The Walt Disney Company. At THQ, Zinser managed all financial, accounting, investor relations and information systems activities. At Vivendi Universal, he oversaw VU Games' worldwide accounting and finance operations. Zinser came to VU Games from USA Networks, where he served as President and COO of Styleclick Inc. He was previously senior vice president and CFO of USA Networks' Internet Shopping Network and also served as CFO and COO for Disney's Publishing Group. A board member of Universal Electronics, Nasdaq:UEIC, Zinser received his BS in Management from Fairfield University and his MBA in Finance from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Niels Jonker, Chief Technology Officer

Niels is responsible for building and operating Boingo's engineering team, core technologies and systems, including client software, networks, authentication, billing and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Boingo, Niels was the chief network architect at EarthLink. Before that, he was the director of systems and services at OneMain, which was acquired by EarthLink. Prior to OneMain, Niels founded and built US Internet, a successful regional ISP servicing the south-eastern US. He has consulted on information technology issues with numerous other companies. In addition, Niels is the co-author of A Guide to Operating Systems, Course Technologies. Niels studied Computer Science at VU University in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Colby Goff, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development

As Senior Vice President of Network Strategy and Business Development, Colby is responsible for accomplishing roaming partnerships with public space Wi-Fi infrastructure providers, structuring software license agreements for telecommunications companies and developing strategic partnerships with handheld device manufacturers. In addition, Colby is responsible for strategic initiatives and partnerships with manufacturers of access control devices, WLAN gear, chipsets and switching solution providers targeting Wi-Fi enabled handheld consumer electronics devices. Prior to joining Boingo, Colby was a member of the business development team for eCompanies and charged with sourcing new investments and managing existing portfolio companies. Colby received his BA in economics from Stanford University.

Peter Hovenier, Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration

Peter is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions for the Company. Prior to joining Boingo, Peter was VP Finance and Administration of Frontera Corporation where he was responsible for all financial, legal, administrative and human resource matters as well as contributing to the operational execution of Frontera. Prior to Frontera, Peter held financial management position with GeoCities ,acquired by Yahoo!, MGM Studios and Wyndham Hotels Corporation. Peter graduated with a BA from Western Washington University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State.

Luis-Alfonso Serrano, Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development

Luis leads Boingo's effort to develop wholesale relationships with telecom operators that are looking for turnkey Wi-Fi products and services. His team offers Boingo's aggregated Wi-Fi network and connectivity software under private label. His team is also focused on expanding relationships with Wi-Fi hotspot operators worldwide to continually expand the Boingo Roaming System of global roaming hotspots. Additionally, Luis focuses on expanding Boingo's managed and operated footprint internationally and helps shape M&A strategy. Prior to Boingo, Luis held a range of management consulting positions specializing in the telecommunications industry at international firms such as McKinsey & Company and J.P. Morgan Chase. He began his career as an analyst consultant for the Spanish Telecom Regulatory Commission. He spent one year as a second lieutenant in the Spanish Army in a telecommunications unit. Luis holds an M.S. in telecommunications engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Spain, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. A native of Madrid, Spain, he is fluent in several languages. He currently works from Boingo's Los Angeles-based headquarters, although he spends a good portion of his time meeting with partners across the world.

Tom Tracey, Senior Vice President of Operations

Tom came to Boingo with more than 20 years of experience in the high-growth subscriber-based video and Internet service industry. At Boingo, Tom leads Network Operations, Customer Care, Network Engineering and Management, IT and Project Management. Before joining Boingo, Tom served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MDU Communications, as Vice President of Broadband Services at national Internet service provider, EarthLink. Tom also led and managed the Cable Product Management Team in successfully developing and launching the EarthLink Broadband Service over Time Warner Cable systems. Additionally, he was responsible for leading EarthLink's Next Generation Broadband Team in developing and managing fixed wireless and broadband over power lines services. Prior to joining EarthLink, Tom held a number of executive and management roles in a number of successful startups, including the launch of DIRECTV in the U.S. and South America. Tom holds a BS from San Diego State and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
