Simply use your current username and password to log in when you arrive, and you’ll be able to reactivate your Boingo account in seconds. 

To stop monthly payments, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click “Hold or cancel my plan”
3. Follow the prompts and request your Cancellation.

That’s it! Your recurring monthly subscription will be set to inactive status at the end of your billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. Please note: If you have a one-day, one-week, or one-month plan, you don’t need to cancel your account. Your service expires automatically at the end of the term.
