• Q: How soon will my 500 free miles be deposited into my SkyMiles account?

  A: After you’ve been a Boingo Unlimited customer for two billing cycles (two months), 500 miles will be credited to your SkyMiles account. Please allow 1-2 weeks after qualification for miles to post to your account.

• Q: What if I’m not currently a SkyMiles member? Can I sign up later and have my miles added?

  A: This promotion is for existing Delta SkyMiles members. The 500 free miles cannot be applied to a SkyMiles account that is created after Boingo Unlimited sign up. If you’re not currently a Delta SkyMiles member, you can simply create a new SkyMiles account now at https://www.delta.com/skymilesenrollment/landing.action. It only takes a few minutes.

• Q: Can I apply these miles to other frequent flyer programs?

  A: Not at this time.
