As part of the Boingo Platform Services, Boingo handles network integration, management, authentication and settlement with each individual hotspot operator. And because the software and service are private-labeled for the service provider, they retain ownership and control of their subscribers.
Through Boingo Platform Services service providers also retain the flexibility to continue to build their own hotspot networks. These locations are simply integrated into by Boingo’s aggregation systems into the overall offering for subscribers. Carrier customers also have the flexibility to create direct relationships with any of Boingo’s hotspot operator partners, and still use Boingo for aggregation.
