Offering the highest quality customer service has always been part of the Wendy’s recipe, and The Wendy’s Company has chosen Boingo to further enhance the customer experience through complimentary Wi-Fi at participating stores in the U.S. and Canada.
According to a May 2012 Cisco IBSG Research Report, consumers today are looking for additional Wi-Fi access at restaurants and cafes, and Wendy’s and Boingo will work together to deliver family-friendly, easy-to-use Wi-Fi at participating Wendy’s company and franchise locations.
The new offering will invite new and established Wendy’s customers to pull up a chair and stay awhile, connecting them to their favorite high-bandwidth activities while keeping their data costs on lockdown.
