    Thanks a lot for making me wait more than 15 minutes on your consumer line, just to delete my boingo account, which has been CHARGED more than £30 without notice. The fact that you have a very detailed general terms on this does not cancel the fact that this service is totally in bad faith.

    That’s really unusual Dave! Definitely get in touch with Baochi and she’ll help clear things up. As for me I’ve never had a bad experience with Boingo. Anytime I had a problem, I always call customer service and they’re some of the nicest, friendliest people you’ll ever talk to. Y’all deserved this honor 100%!
